For the past 30 years, he served as the Washington Supervising Attorney for a leading property and casualty insurer, where he led a team of five attorneys while maintaining his own caseload focused on national large loss, commercial, and personal lines. Over the course of his career, John has tried nearly 100 cases to verdict, demonstrating skill, leadership, and a steady courtroom presence.

Before that, John worked as a Senior Trial Attorney at the Kings County District Attorney’s Office in Brooklyn, New York, where he prosecuted serious felonies including homicides and sex crimes. He brings to his civil practice a prosecutor’s precision and depth of courtroom experience, including extensive examination of expert medical and forensic witnesses.
Background and Education
John is a graduate of Seattle University School of Law and holds a B.A. in Business with a minor in Economics from Pacific Lutheran University, where he was also an All-Conference football player and part of a national championship team. His leadership extends beyond the courtroom—he has served as a Pro Tem District Court Judge in Snohomish County, a Moot Court Trial Judge at Seattle University, and a Guardian ad Litem in dependent matters.
