Kimberly has been a member of the personal injury legal team at Park Chenaur Injury Lawyers for over 21 years. She attended the University of Washington and began working shortly after that. Kimberly has been an integral component of the firm’s success. She maintains a broad range of duties, including communicating with clients, administering intake of new cases, spearheading initial investigations, overseeing case management, monitoring treatment status, and assisting with case file quality control.

Mitchel Pinedo - Started 2012
Personal Injury Case Manager
Mitchel has been a case manager at Park Chenaur Injury Lawyers since 2010. Born in Guadalajara, Mexico, and raised in the United States, he is fluent in Spanish and English. His cultural background inspires his work, or in his words, “Some people are not really heard.” Mitchel listens, and he strives to perfect his communication with clients. He goes to bat for his clients as he negotiates with insurance adjusters. He went through a motor vehicle accident in 2013, and this first-hand experience renewed his commitment to his work. Mitchel breaks down the language barrier daily and is invaluable to our team.
Mitchel now lives in Puyallup, having grown up in the Tacoma area. The youngest of five children in a large, close-knit family, he works alongside his sister Paty in the office. Mitchel is active in his community and church and volunteers each year at a camp for children and families affected by cancer. He enjoys running and practicing soccer in his spare time.

Paty Pinedo - Started 2017
Case Manager
Paty joined the team at Park Chenaur Injury Lawyers as a paralegal in 2016. Her background includes more than sixteen years working in Spanish-language radio. She moved to the United States from Guadalajara, Mexico, at fourteen. In Paty’s words, “I enjoy the results I see for my clients.” She is a passionate advocate for the Spanish-speaking community.
Where insurance companies may try to take advantage of individuals based on their background or language, Paty steps in to help the client be treated with respect. Paty communicates directly with insurance adjusters to track bills and payments, facilitate settlements, and organize clients’ records. She is dedicated to helping individuals navigate their claims and move on with their lives; she educates people about their rights daily. Paty takes great pride in her work.
Paty loves sports, such as soccer, football, basketball, and more, but she enjoys snowboarding and riding horses in her own life. She also reads other legal cases in her free time and is especially moved by those working hard in immigration law. She lives in Tacoma.

Paula joined Park Chenaur Injury Lawyers as a Case Manager and is on a team with Liandra. She began her career in the legal field eight years ago when she decided to return to the workforce after being a stay-at-home mom to her three children. Her experience as a paralegal for both plaintiff and defense firms has provided her with a well-rounded perspective when it comes to personal injury cases. She works hard on behalf of her clients, communicating directly with insurance adjusters, tracking bills and payments, organizing clients’ records and facilitating settlements.
In her spare time Paula enjoys spending time with family and friends. Her greatest joy has been being able to watch her children grow and develop into amazing young adults.

I am a dedicated bilingual Jr. Case Manager specializing in personal injury cases. Born and raised in Argentina, I earned my law degree over 17 years ago and have been working in personal injury law for more than three years—a field I am truly passionate about.
In my role, I support clients throughout their cases by handling client communication, managing medical records and referrals, assisting with settlement negotiations, coordinating with insurance companies, and maintaining organized case files. I take pride in my attention to detail and commitment to ensuring each case is handled with care.

Michael Lis-Sette - Started 2013

Michael grew up on the east side of Lake Washington, where he still lives. He graduated from Seattle University with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and then completed his paralegal certificate at Edmonds Community College.
Michael joined Park Chenaur Injury Lawyers in 2013 and works as a Paralegal for Mitchel Pinedo’s team. While working on a case, Michael aims to make sure everything is as easy for the client as possible as their claim moves forward. He really appreciates the fact that his team focuses on getting the best results possible for their clients.
When not at work, you may find Michael spending time with his dog outdoors, cooking up something amazing in the kitchen, or staying in Cannon Beach, Oregon, or London, England. As he puts it, Cannon Beach is “the most boring place on Earth and my absolute favorite place to be.” He also enjoys reading, writing, and traveling to new places.

J. Taylor Kindred - Started 2018
Paralegal
Taylor joined Park Chenaur Injury Lawyers in 2018 as a paralegal. He brings eighteen years of experience to our firm, earning his Associate of Applied Science degree in Paralegal Studies from Highline College in 1999. He first worked in Seattle as a claims administrator for plaintiffs’ counsel in representing commercial fishermen and Alaska Natives impacted by the Exxon Valdez Oil Spill of 1989. After many years in Yakima as an investigator and paralegal, Taylor then founded his own business as a licensed private investigator and process server. His experience with both sides of personal injury litigation and diligence and kindness in all his work make Taylor a tremendous resource for our clients, attorneys, and staff.
In his spare time, Taylor plays the guitar and writes music. He studies Shudokan Karate and has obtained his first-degree black belt. He takes pride in working hard for those injured in motor vehicle accidents and medical malpractice claims.

Talia Layman - Started 2019

Talia joined Park Chenaur Injury Lawyers in 2019. She has earned her Associate of Applied Science degree in Paralegal studies from Highline College. In her time with the firm, Talia has learned to handle a wide variety of duties, including auditing ledgers, answering discovery, and drafting documents to comply with court deadlines. Currently, she provides support to litigation attorney Cynthia Park. Talia strives for excellence in her work and is known for her conscientiousness and integrity.

Natalie Shermer - Started 2022

Natalie is a valued member of the firm, working closely with Liandra as a legal assistant. She has been working in the legal field since 2019 after graduating from Purdue University Global. Natalie began her career as a litigation assistant at a local defense firm. Luckily, she knew quickly that it was not the right fit and joined us at Park Chenaur Injury Lawyers. For her, being on the Plaintiff’s side feels more rewarding as it gives positivity back to the community by assisting the injured instead of working against them. She loves interacting closely with each client and seeing up close how she can add value.
Natalie is hardworking, reliable, and always ready to lend a hand when needed. When time allows, she enjoys volunteering at local shelters. Her education includes experience and training in the culinary arts, where she’s even had the opportunity to work with renowned chefs in the Seattle area. Ashna has been a dedicated legal assistant for three years, including a year and a half with our firm. Raised in Federal Way, Ashna earned a bachelor’s degree in Law & Policy from the University of Washington - Tacoma in 2022 and is passionate about growing her skills in the legal field with aspirations to attend law school.
In addition to her professional expertise, Ashna is bilingual, speaking Fiji Hindi.
Outside of work, Ashna enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, traveling, and experimenting in the kitchen by cooking and baking new dishes. She also visits Canada so often that she calls it her second home. A devoted Packers and Seahawks fan, Ashna loves watching football, reading thrilling novels, listening to podcasts, especially Morbid, and hitting the bowling lanes.

Sidnye graduated from Peirce College in 2024 with an Associate's degree in Business. During her time at Peirce, she also played softball, which marked the end of her 13-year-long softball career. She joined the firm in June 2024, embarking on a new passion and career working by her mother’s side at our firm (Paula Burger).
Outside of work, Sidnye enjoys coaching little league, hiking, working out, and spending quality time with her dogs. She is committed to both her professional development and an active, fulfilling lifestyle.

Mark Mikryukov is a graduate of the University of Washington, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. Raised in Tacoma, he brings a strong sense of dedication and community to his work. Prior to joining Park Chenaur, Mark spent five years in the restaurant industry, developing valuable skills in communication, problem-solving, and client service.
Fluent in both English and Russian, Mark is able to assist a wide range of clients and ensure they feel supported throughout the legal process. Maria joined Park Chenaur Injury Lawyers as a Legal Assistant in 2025. Originally from El Salvador, she immigrated to the U.S. as a child and grew up in the Pierce County area. She is a proud graduate of the University of Washington, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Law and Policy.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Maria uses her bilingual skills and legal background to support clients through the often-challenging insurance claims process following serious injuries. Her passion for advocacy and commitment to client care make her a valuable part of the Park Chenaur team.

Cory Osborne - Started 2025

Dr Cory Osborne received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic
College West in 2010 and practiced as a licensed chiropractic physician in the state of
Washington until 2022.
Cory’s professional journey started with his undergraduate studies in biology at Brigham
Young University - Idaho, where he honed his understanding of the human body and its
mechanisms. He then went on to complete his chiropractic education which included
passing the national board of chiropractic examiners, parts I-IV, as well as
physiotherapy.
Cory was the owner and director of Osborne chiropractic and massage in Lynnwood,
Washington, where he managed and operated a successful practice for nearly a
decade. His passion was working with injured patients and most of his postgraduate
work was in accident reconstruction and collision biomechanics.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Cory is also a dedicated member of his
community. He completed a service mission with the Church of Jesus Christ in
Argentina from 2003-2005, where he learned Spanish and developed a deep
appreciation for cultural diversity. He speaks fluent Spanish and really enjoys helping
the Latino community.
Cory is blessed to have an incredible wife with four beautiful children. On weekends you
will see him exploring the beautiful pacific northwest with his family.

Mallorie Urban - Started 2024
Mallorie is a skilled communicator and a passionate advocate for those in need. She joined the firm as our Legal Intake Specialist, bringing a rich background of legal education and experience to the role. After earning her J.D. from Stanford Law School, Mallorie began her legal career as a Public Defense Attorney in San Francisco. Mallorie loved building relationships with their clients, yet she found litigation to be tedious and draining. Once she moved to Washington, she decided to transition into a role where she could prioritize connecting with people. Tatyana Martynova - Started 2019

Tatyana joined our team at Park Chenaur Injury Lawyers in 2019. For most of her life, she has lived in Tacoma. She is a graduate of Tacoma Community College and the University of Washington. She has experience in various fields, from office administration to interpreting. Tatyana maintains a broad range of duties, including accounts payable, office administration, and technical support, and assists the senior paralegal, Lola Serna. Tatyana speaks English and is fluent in Russian.
She enjoys outdoor activities outside of work, including hiking, jogging, and biking. She also appreciates art and occasionally likes to draw and paint with acrylics.

Justin Smith - Started 2023
Operations Manager
Justin is our leader in all Operations throughout the entire firm. He brings 20+ years of successful organizational leadership and continuous improvement with a B.A. in Aviation Technology Management. Justin is responsible for supporting both customers and employees through the non-legal operational processes of your injury claim. He has spent most of his career coaching others, solving problems, and managing operational systems within the Aerospace Manufacturing and E-Commerce Industries at all levels.
In his current role with Park Chenaur, he oversees all initiatives related to customer relations, project management, and HR; all focused on creating the best service possible for you. He has a proven track record of leading diverse teams through streamlining processes, quality improvement, and customer service dedicated to customer satisfaction is the top priority. He uses his lean Methodology and ISO Standards background to approach improving the complicated process of getting what you deserve.
Justin was raised in Yakima while playing Football and Baseball growing up and then living in Oklahoma for 10 years before moving back in 2015. He is an avid Mariners/Seahawks fan and loves traveling, cooking, camping in the PNW, and Skiing! Elyse joined Park Chenaur Injury Lawyers in December 2024 and currently works as a Case Manager. Fae Nguyen, is non-binary, and is the Workplace Coordinator / AI Maestro at Park Chenaur; Fae assists in nurturing the workplace and assisting operations as an agentic AI specialist. Fae's background in human resources and software development helps ensure that the new technology being leveraged in Park Chenaur is clean, secure, and effectively addresses the needs of everyone involved.
On a personal note, Fae is passionate about the arts: philosophy, music, literature, videography, and skateboarding–as such, is an independent author writing works of poetry and philosophy. Additionally, Fae enjoy video games, vegan food, cute libraries and coffee shops, hiking, crystals, and nature with their boyfriend.

Jaclyn Templin

Jaclyn was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. She earned her bachelor's degree in Law and Justice from Central Washington University, with a minor in Psychology. With more than 10 years of experience in the legal field, primarily in personal injury law, she has worked in both pre-litigation and litigation, including serving as a litigation paralegal. This diverse background has given her a well-rounded understanding of the legal process.

Janithza Huerta has proudly worked in the legal field for the past eight years. Kailen graduated from Riverside High School in 2020 and spent several years in the union labor construction industry, where he developed a strong work ethic and resilience. Outside of work, Kailen has a lifelong passion for martial arts, including karate, wrestling, and mixed martial arts, which has instilled in him a deep sense of discipline. In Kailen's free time, he also enjoys video games, sports, hiking, and music.

Matt Graff, JD, MBA, is a Senior Case Manager with Park Chenaur Injury Lawyers, where he combines extensive legal, business, and international experience to advocate for injured clients throughout Washington State. A native of Federal Way, Washington, Matt earned his Juris Doctor and Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Willamette University College of Law and his MBA, summa cum laude, from California Coast University. He also holds a bachelor's degree in Linguistics with a minor in Russian from Brigham Young University, along with multiple technical degrees in computer and information technology.
Matt has lived and worked extensively abroad, including several years in Finland and Russia, and has professional experience in both the United States and Scandinavia. Fluent in several languages, including Finnish, Estonian, and Russian, he brings a uniquely global perspective to his work.

Princess Delos Reyes is a Front Desk Receptionist at Park Chenaur Injury Lawyers. I recently graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor's degree in Criminology and am also a graduate of Tacoma Community College.
Before joining Park Chenaur, I spent four years working in the fast-food industry, where I worked my way up to Assistant Manager. In that role, I helped oversee daily operations, train team members, and support customer service efforts. At Park Chenaur, I assist with daily office operations, mail processing, client communications, and administrative tasks.
I was born in the Philippines and moved to the United States when I was five years old. I am fluent in both English and Tagalog. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, trying new foods, and continuing to learn new skills."

Rachelle Historillo - Started 2026

Rachelle has been working in Medical Records Retrieval since 2014, with experience leading Operations for 2 years and the Quality department for 6 years. Rachelle is committed to ensuring quality, accuracy, and HIPAA compliance by addressing client concerns, verifying requests are sent to the correct providers, and maintaining high standards throughout the records retrieval process.
Rachelle joined Park Chenaur in January 2026 and has been able to apply her previous experience to help ensure medical records requests are directed to the correct locations and retrieved as efficiently as possible.
Outside of work, Rachelle enjoys getting lost in stories and fictional worlds. She is especially fond of Chinese dramas, particularly Wuxia and Xianxia series, where martial arts, fantasy, and epic adventures come together. Rachelle also enjoys anime and donghua, as well as Korean variety shows and Thai BL series. When Rachelle has extended time off, she loves traveling to experience different cultures and ways of life.

Sophia Mikryukov - Started 2026
Legal Assistant
Sophia is a proud Tacoma native and first-generation American. She is also the younger sister to Mark, another legal assistant at Park Chenaur. She earned her Associate's degree in Veterinary Technology from Pierce College in 2025. While she is new to the legal field, she has a diverse work background with experience in retail, hospitality, and veterinary medicine.
Outside of Park Chenaur, you can find Sophia expanding her physical media collection, trying a new restaurant, or doing relief work as a Veterinary Technician. Although Sophia’s love of animals is vast, she currently has one very mischievous cat. Someday, Sophia and her husband would love to own a hobby farm with a variety of animals.

Talia earned her Associate of Applied Science degree in Paralegal Studies from Highline College and joined the litigation team at Park Chenaur in 2019. She is known for her conscientiousness and integrity, and is committed to delivering high-quality work while supporting her team with reliability and precision.
Outside of the office, Talia enjoys volunteering, traveling, hiking, and spending time with friends.

Wally Ferris - Started 2025
Receptionist
Following the amazing experience of growing up in Indonesia, Wally completed his high school education at Johnsbury Academy in Vermont. In 1989 he followed his family to Washington, where he worked as a bartender for over a decade. In 1997 Wally was blessed with a son, and the following year he began his new career as a mortgage banker.
After 22 years of assisting folks buy and refinance homes, Wally left that business to search for his next adventure which turned out to be 8 years of app-based delivery driving. In late 2025, Wally had the wonderful opportunity to join Park Chenaur, where he enjoys talking to people and helping them in his receptionist position. In Wally's spare time he enjoys driving and racing RC cars with his son.

Casey Quantrille serves as an Intake Specialist, helping clients navigate the intake process and ensuring they receive timely support throughout their experience. With more than 20 years of customer service experience, including 14 years as a restaurant owner and operator, Casey brings a strong background in communication, problem-solving, and client care. Passionate about helping people, she is committed to creating a welcoming and supportive experience for every client, ensuring they feel heard, informed, and supported every step of the way.
Outside of work, Casey enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, reading, traveling, attending concerts, and making memories with family and friends"
