Medical Malpractice Expertise

Rachelle Stefanski brings a diverse legal background, courtroom experience, and a client-centered approach to her practice. Before joining Park Chenaur, she practiced with a firm handling medical malpractice, nursing home, and adult family home defense matters. She also draws on firsthand medical experience as a nursing assistant in a nursing home during high school and college — time that gave her a real appreciation for what quality care means to residents and their families. Her legal practice further spans Involuntary Treatment Act cases, premises liability, auto accidents, and insurance bad faith claims.

Rachelle earned her undergraduate degree in English Literature from Elmhurst College, now Elmhurst University. She is a former long-time education administrator, which shaped her thoughtful approach to working with others. She attended Seattle University School of Law, where she actively pursued internships and externships in which she could gain courtroom experience.

Community service is also central to Rachelle's values. Since 2018, she has volunteered with the QLaw Foundation’s Neighborhood Legal Clinic, helping expand access to legal assistance in the community.

Personal Life

Outside of the office, Rachelle enjoys pottery and creating art, particularly charcoal and watercolor. She also enjoys live music, board games with family and friends, genealogy research, writing for fun, and, of course, spoiling her cats.
