Founding partners Rick Park and Angel Chenaur met in junior high school here in Federal Way and have been friends for 26 years. They each attended the University of Washington, and then on to Seattle University School of Law, each earning their degree of Juris Doctor. Rick and Angel opened a law practice together in 1999. Since then, Park Chenaur & Associates has focused on personal injury law while also handling other areas, including real estate, will drafting, and escrows.

Rick Park

Partner, Park Chenaur & Associates

Federal Way Personal Injury Attorney Rick Park has handled thousands of personal injury cases, ranging from minor to catastrophic injuries. Rick graduated from the University of Washington in 1994 with a B.A. in Communications. After UW, he went on to law school and graduated from Seattle University School of Law in 1997. At SU Law, Rick interned at one of the first personal injury firms in Tacoma. Following graduation, Rick started his own law practice in Federal Way, focusing on personal injury. In 1999, he and Angel Chenaur joined to form personal injury firm Park Chenaur & Associates.

Rick actively participates in the Washington State Bar Association as well as the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association. He is licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts throughout Washington State. Rick enjoys spending time with his family and friends and is an avid golfer.

Angel Chenaur

Partner, Park Chenaur & Associates

Federal Way Personal Injury Attorney Angel Chenaur is a partner and co-founder of the firm. She fuses strong legal analysis through solid legal research and writing with an empathetic approach that reassures our clients that we will fight for their interests. She has handled thousands of personal injury cases, achieving fair settlements for those injured due to the negligence of another.

Angel is an excellent reader and writer, using those skills to analyze case law and maximize results for clients. She has also worked extensively on cases involving serious medical issues, giving her the experience needed to assess claim value and hold insurance companies accountable.

Angel graduated from the University of Washington in 1994 with a B.S. in Political Science. After graduating, she went on to law school and graduated from Seattle University School of Law in 1998. Angel began her career specializing in criminal and DUI defense. She joined lifelong friend Rick Park in 1999 to form Park Chenaur & Associates.

Angel actively participates in the Washington State Bar Association as well as the King County Bar Association. She is licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts throughout Washington State. Angel enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. She loves to read, travel, ski, and snowmobile.

Miklos Pusztai

Associate Attorney, Park Chenaur & Associates

Miklos “Mick” Pusztai is an associate attorney at Park Chenaur & Associates. He is an experienced civil litigator who focuses his practice primarily on plaintiffs’ personal injury. He has practiced law in the Seattle area for nearly 15 years. His practice consists of representing those injured in automobile collisions, medical malpractice, products liability, and premises liability. Mick began his legal career as a criminal defense attorney in Seattle. There, he had the opportunity to defend clients who were charged with a broad range of criminal offenses. Mick represented those charged with offenses ranging from misdemeanor DUI’s to class A felonies. Born in New York and raised outside of Detroit, Michigan, Mick received his undergraduate degree from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, one of the top universities in the country according to US News & World Report. He received his law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law and is admitted to the Washington State Bar Association as well as the United States District Court, Western District of Washington. Mick has resided in the Seattle area for nearly 15 years and currently lives in Gig Harbor with his wife and daughter.

Mike Ellickson

Associate Attorney, Park Chenaur & Associates

Mike Ellickson is a Washington attorney who has dedicated his time and energy to helping those who have been injured through no fault of their own. Mike brings 30 year of experience in personal injury to the table. He has handled every phase of a claim file and really enjoys the one-on-one with the client. He focuses his practice in all areas of personal injury, including car accidents, slip and falls, insurance bad faith, and premises liability. His skills and background make him particularly adept at handling even the most catastrophic injury cases.

Mike received his undergraduate degree from Stanford University, earning a BA in Economics. He scored in the 99th percentile on his Law School Admissions Test and went on to earn his JD from UCLA School of Law. Mike is a member of the Washington State Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in Washington and Oregon.

When not working, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and son. He enjoys the outdoors, regularly camping, hiking and trout fishing with his son.

David Mann

Associate Attorney, Park Chenaur & Associates

David is a plaintiff trial attorney with Park Chenaur & Associates. He handles personal injury matters in the areas of motor vehicle collisions, medical malpractice, and premises liability. An experienced litigator, his background includes insurance defense, claimant-side workers compensation law, plaintiff employment and discrimination law, real property, trust and estate litigation, and substantial appellate work.

He brings a deeply humanitarian perspective to the practice of law, and his clients do not doubt his loyalty, or sense of advocacy.

A 2012 graduate of Gonzaga School of Law, David has a strong family history in plaintiff trial practice in the Seattle area. He considers himself a lifelong student of legal research & writing, the rules of evidence, and the English language.

In his free time, when he is not studying music, literature, or foreign language, you will likely find him working in the garden at his house on Redondo Beach.

Liandra Marchan

Associate Attorney, Park Chenaur & Associates

Liandra Marchan is an attorney with nearly 10 years of experience. She is admitted to practice in Georgia and is currently awaiting her license in Washington.

Liandra received her undergraduate degree from Florida State University in 2003 with a B.S. in Psychology. After graduation, Liandra began her career as an insurance adjuster. During this period, she had the opportunity to interact with hundreds of attorneys specializing in personal injury and insurance defense. This interaction sparked an interest in the law and motivated her to attend law school. Liandra graduated from Emory University School of Law in 2007.

During her legal career, Liandra has worked as defense counsel for two of the largest insurance carriers in the country. This experience, coupled with her work as an adjuster, provides her with a broad understanding of the arguments and strategies typically employed by insurance companies when presented with an injury claim. This knowledge allows her to better serve her clients now that she has decided to focus her practice on negotiating settlements for those injured in accidents.

In her free time Liandra enjoys hiking and kayaking. She is also an active volunteer with the Humane Society and regularly fosters young animals.

Sonny Nguyen

Associate Attorney, Park Chenaur & Associates

Sonny Nguyen is a Vietnamese Attorney at Park Chenaur. He is bilingual, speaking and writing both English and Vietnamese fluently. He earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2015. He continued to Willamette University where he received his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Growing up in Seattle, Sonny has always wanted to use his knowledge of the law and incredible personal experiences to advocate for justice and protect the people and community he serves. As a Vietnamese refugee, he witnessed the injustices of humanity and understood the struggles and losses that not many can. His compassion for clients and his relentless pursuit of justice have helped him to achieve great results.

On weekends, Sonny enjoys singing in the choir for the Vietnamese Parish Church with his wife and cooking.
